CAS Client Account Specialist

About the Role Client Account Specialist (CAS) is the primary liaison between clients, designers, and production teams. The role ensures flawless project execution from initial quote to final installation, focusing on client communication, project coordination, estimating, permitting, and account growth. What You’ll Do Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, walk‑ins, and inbound calls. Project Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish, track timelines, coordinate with design/production teams, and ensure promised deadlines are met. Estimating & Administration: Prepare accurate quotes, work orders, and invoices using sign‑management software. Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with local city municipalities to process sign permits and ensure compliance with local zoning codes. Account Growth: Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for future branding needs. What You Need to Succeed Experience: 2‑3 years in account management, project coordination, inside sales, or customer service. Sign industry, large‑format printing, or permit‑processing experience is a huge plus.
