Job Details Responsibilities: Carry out regular preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair faults with industrial robotics, conveyors, and other equipment. Interpret PLC codes for troubleshooting, and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational disruptions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions. Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, proactively identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escape. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand machinery requirements and develop maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, and communicate maintenance status and issues to relevant stakeholders. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices, and actively contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance tech role within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in preventative maintenance, industrial robotics, conveyors, troubleshooting, and plc troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical information. A strong commitment to safety, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and practices. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
