About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Install epoxy flooring and cabinets with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary treatments.
• Measure and cut materials to ensure a perfect fit.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in flooring and cabinet installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with epoxy materials and installation techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Installing epoxy flooring and garage cabinetry.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Education: High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• Language: English (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
