The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and managing relationships with third-party professionals in the assigned territory, including regional broker/dealers, wirehouses, and registered investment advisors. This role requires a consultative sales approach, expert knowledge of the intermediary market, and the ability to communicate investment strategies and performance effectively. The Vice President, Advisor Consultant will also be expected to operate remotely, attend industry conferences, and provide ongoing support to third-party professionals and their clients. Applicants for the Vice President, Advisor Consultant position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with industry-related accreditations preferred, and at least 10 years of field sales experience in the territory. A proven track record of success, particularly in selling separately managed accounts, multiple model delivery TAMPs, and alternative investments, is essential. The role demands an individual with expert-level technical knowledge of the investment and advisory services industry, the ability to market a variety of investment options, and a strong focus on meeting annual sales goals. The candidate should be adept at practice management, be able to mentor and partner with internal regional consultants, and be willing to travel extensively.
