We are seeking an Investment Trust Fund Manager for a great opportunity in Seattle, WA. This position is 100% Onsite and not Remote.
Investment Trust Fund Manager Responsibilities:
- Research and apply for the license to form an investment trust.
- Form an investment trust.
- Raise funding for the investment trust.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of trust accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other trust-related documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to trust management.
- Assist with business development efforts, including identifying sales opportunities and participating in client meetings.
Investment Trust Fund Manager Qualifications:
- Investment Trust Fund Management experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
- Mandarin language required.
- Fundraising experience required.
- Experience in trust administration or related field.
- Familiarity with technical accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
