Full-Time | $125,000–$200,000+ Potential Annual Earnings

Dream Bath is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to join our team in Elyria, OH, and surrounding areas.

We specialize in high-quality, low-maintenance bath and shower remodeling solutions—including accessibility options—that allow homeowners to transform their bathrooms quickly, beautifully, and affordably.

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for completing professional bathroom remodels while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

You’ll:

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often in as little as one day
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction work
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to established standards
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise, quality installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Treat every customer’s home with care and respect
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
• Explain proper care and maintenance of newly installed products
• Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
• Maintain and stock your installation vehicle with the necessary tools and materials
• Consistently meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

We’re looking for dependable, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and have experience working in customers’ homes.

Ideal candidates have:

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and combination square
• Experience with power tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other common construction tools
• Basic plumbing knowledge (a plus)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
