As an Automation Operations Manager, you will lead the execution of highly automated production and fulfillment operations within one of Walmart's next-generation supply chain facilities. This role is responsible for maximizing system performance, delivering operational excellence, and ensuring inventory availability through the effective management of automated processes, technology, and people. You will partner closely with Site Leadership, Maintenance, Engineering, and Home Office teams to optimize production performance, drive continuous improvement, and support Walmart's commitment to delivering for customers and members.
