Job Summary:
The Associate Marketing Manager will support brand activation initiatives and market optimization efforts across a diverse consumer product portfolio. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to brand performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of go-to-market strategies across multiple product lines
- Assist with brand activation and market optimization initiatives
- Analyze and provide point-of-sale (POS) insights and performance commentary
- Conduct market research and maintain reporting databases to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and finance
- Contribute to brand analysis, reporting, and presentation development
- Ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics, or business functions
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and business operations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
