AI Infrastructure Engineer

The Role You will sit within a broader infrastructure function, working closely with AI, data, and platform engineering teams to design and deliver the next generation of AI infrastructure. Architect and build scalable, production‑grade AI infrastructure and platforms. Design and operate Kubernetes‑based environments supporting containerised AI workloads. Enable intelligent agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, and secure execution environments. Own reliability, observability, and operational stability for AI systems in production. Implement governance, security, and access controls to ensure safe and compliant AI usage. Partner with internal engineering teams to drive adoption of AI‑enabled tooling and best practices. Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience running Kubernetes in production environments. Background in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or platform engineering for complex systems. Solid understanding of security‑first design, including authentication, API security, and secure system architecture. Experience supporting AI or ML platforms, agent‑based systems, or developer tooling is beneficial, but deep AI research experience is not required.
