Find and advocate for EH&S-compliant ways to enable programs to proceed per customer specification and schedule. Support the organization to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence with EH&S standards and procedures. Own and mature EH&S programs. Foster an EH&S culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. Interact with hourly, management, and contractors in support of EH&S program implementation. Works on cross-functional projects that interface with other groups, external to and within the core EH&S teamEnsure timely and accurate reporting of metrics.Act as the primary point of contact for EH&S support for one or more businesses within the FPS Support incident management from investigation through corrective action implementation. Ensure required EH&S training is provided to workforce as well as any other customized/process specific EH&S training. Perform technical reviews, risk assessments, analyses, and inspections of processes/facilities.Support assurance reviews, VPP assessments, & program evaluations as well as other internal reviews.
