Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10k Sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Dental Hygienist We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and provide direct dental care, support the office, and help patients experience smiles and memorable experiences. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay. Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity. Monthly bonuses based on office performance. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 (full‑time) or $5,000 (part‑time). Healthcare package: medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts. Certification trainings (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for eligible testing/education expenses. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care under general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patients’ dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting as needed. Take and save x‑rays into patient charts as required. Provide compassionate, memorable patient experiences. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
