We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced massage therapists!

Applicant must be personable, dependable, friendly and have an interest in maintaining wellness for themselves and others.

Essential Job Duties:

- Be able to perform quality 30min to 120min deep tissue, sports, prenatal and swedish massage while incorporating different modalities including but not limited to: neuromuscular, hot stone, myofascial & additional techniques (paid training part of Tier One & Tier Two hires after introductory 60 day period).

- Designing specific sessions based on clients' individual needs & provide efficient hot stone therapy. - Promoting the health and wellness benefits & information to clients receiving massage therapy

- Use therapeutic manipulation of soft tissue to treat clients’ injuries and promote general wellness to aid in healing the body. By doing this we allow our clients to thrive and evolve in work, activities, and life.

- Show up at 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to ready room, and be prepared to stay 30 minutes after last session for clean up.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Keep room clean for both clients and staff.

- Daily laundry- wash and fold

- Become knowledgeable on retail items 

Job Type: Part-time, up to 25 hours of hands on practice per week

- Create, maintain, and mold treatment plans with the clients, doctors and chiropractors.

- Communicate with employer about clients, office supplies, and equipment

- Maintain the Pure Pondera brand: Internal and external marketing as needed Employment Benefits:

- If you are a recent graduate, base service commission starts at $20/hour before gratuity (you keep all gratuity) for Tier One- pay increases with experience).

- If you have more experience, pay up to $40/hour.

- 60 day initial probationary period. We want to provide a comfortable living wage for our employees, so raises will be given quickly with proof of repeat clients and dedication.

- 1 complimentary 90 minute massage per month

- Frequent opportunities for growth, regularly scheduled performance based raises, up to $40

- Monthly paid training after introductory period
