• Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
• Support the chiropractic team during patient treatments and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Educate patients about services and wellness programs offered.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare preferred.
• Previous experience in a front desk or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of chiropractic care is advantageous.
