The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, taking the lead in all phases from due diligence to deal structuring. This role also involves overseeing the preparation of marketing materials, coordinating communication among various stakeholders, and guiding a team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. As a senior member of the deal team, the Vice President will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and actively participating in business development initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or a related financial services field, with a strong background in deal execution, financial modeling, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment, and a client-centered mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, CFA, or related advanced credentials. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate leadership capabilities and be adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
