Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Statesville, NC
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekly Pay!
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Truck Loaders / Tape Seal Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and are committed to safety and quality. The selected candidate will assist with loading and unloading trucks, operating tape-sealing equipment, and supporting daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload freight from trucks in a timely manner
- Operate material handling equipment as needed
- Operate tape-sealing machines to securely package products
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating tape-sealing machines or similar production equipment
- Experience with material handling equipment
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse and production tasks
