Senior AI Solutions Developer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Developer in Secaucus, NJ. Responsibilities:

Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline manual processes
Build AI-powered solutions using generative AI, NLP, and machine learning to analyze, classify, and review complex business data
Translate business requirements into scalable workflows for data ingestion, validation, exception handling, and reporting
Collaborate with business, compliance, legal, risk, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions
Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications
Design testing and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs
Build dashboards and reports that summarize findings and performance metrics
Document solution architecture, processes, and user guidance
Strong Python development experience, including APIs, automation, and data-processing workflows
Experience with structured and unstructured data sources (JSON, CSV, documents, spreadsheets, APIs)
Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies
Experience designing automation workflows with validation, logging, and error handling
Experience with libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-assisted text analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on builder who can quickly understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
