Job Title: Recruiter
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage the recruitment process for dock workers and drivers. This role involves coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications.

• Preferably 1-2 years of recruitment experience, but not required

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rock Island,IL.
