Human Resources CoordinatorOur client is a well-established organization seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers a blend of recruiting, HR administration, and general office support responsibilities, with the opportunity to take on additional duties and grow professionally over time. This position will sit onsite and start on a contract basis with the plan to go permanent based on performance.Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates through research, networking, and outbound recruiting effortsConduct candidate outreach, including cold calling and initial screening conversationsRepresent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and community networking opportunitiesSchedule and participate in preliminary candidate interviews and hiring activitiesAssist with employee records management, onboarding documentation, and HR administrative functionsProvide general administrative support to HR, finance, and other business operations as neededQualifications:At least one year of Human Resources experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills with excellent time management and organizational abilitiesOutgoing, relationship-focused personality with a passion for networking, recruiting, and building professional connectionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred but not requiredSHRM certification a plusSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills while taking on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
