Founded in 2019 and headquartered in South Florida with offices in Boston, Chicago and New York, Ardan pursues growth-oriented buyouts of middle-market software, data and tech-enabled companies serving healthcare providers, payers, life sciences/pharma, pharmacy and employer end markets — completing nine platform transactions and more than 30 add-on acquisitions in the last seven years. Ardan is hiring an Associate to join its Investment Team in Chicago.**Key Responsibilities**- Perform in-depth due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments- Produce detailed investment memos and materials supporting key investment decisions- Build and maintain complex financial models, valuations, and forecasts- Conduct sector and company-level analysis, including primary and secondary research- Support thesis development and investment sourcing through sub-sector analysis and company landscaping- Contribute to Ardan Growth Platform initiatives with portfolio companies (sales/marketing, technology, M&A, operations)- Monitor portfolio company performance and reporting- Support investor relations and fundraising materials**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity- Work/deal experience in Healthcare IT or Pharma Tech preferred- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting/financial statement analysis skills**Compensation & Location**Based in Chicago; compensation described as competitive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
