Utilization Review Coordinator

To support adherence to Title XIX waiver regulations, the full-time Utilization Review Coordinator will manage service authorization reviews, maintain service delivery documentation, and engage with interdisciplinary teams while working remotely in the Eastern timezone. Key responsibilities Conduct service authorization reviews and obtain program supervisor approvals for pending service authorizations Analyze service delivery to ensure alignment with service support hours, staff assignments, and billing documentation Maintain organized filing systems for service delivery documentation and facilitate communication with AR coordinators for timely issue resolution Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience with Title XIX waiver program rules and regulations Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Experience in recruiting, screening, and training personnel Commitment to continuous improvement and quality in service delivery
