This hospital is affiliated with the largest health system in CA and a national leader in non-profit exceptional patient care. Our client has engaged our firm to assist them in filling multiple positions of need for their rapidly expanding surgical unit. Clinical Responsibilities Provides direct nursing care for patients of all age/developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Looking for a Step down ICU RN with proficiency in Step down procedures, vascular procedures and Neuro Stroke procedures. Education Associate Degree in Nursing. Certification & Licensure BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider ACLS CA RN Licensure NIHSS certified. Preferred Experience Two (2) years ICU RN experience preferred Skills and Knowledge Basic knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and supplies. Requires communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
