Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mail Clerk to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite contract opportunity in Moorestown, NJ offers the chance to play an essential role in the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, document processing, and administrative support activities. The position involves working closely with team members across various functions to maintain organized workflows and ensure timely distribution of materials. Candidates who are detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment will be well suited for this role.

Compensation:
$20.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Mail Clerk:

• Support daily mailroom operations by sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Coordinate the receipt and processing of packages and deliveries to ensure materials are routed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative documentation activities.
• Ensure proper handling and classification of business documents while adhering to established procedures.
• Facilitate the movement of mail, packages, and related materials throughout the workplace using carts and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications and Skills for the Mail Clerk:

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while performing sorting and organizational tasks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive movement between workstations, desks, and mail processing areas.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn and identify various document categories and business records.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to safely move mail containers, operate carts, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
