Upscale Restaurant Manager/AGM Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a restaurant leadership position.
Experience in a full-service upscale casual or fine dining environment.
Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million .
Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality.
Were looking for a candidate with strong P&L/financial acumen, operational and leadership management experience
Must have owned a portion of P&L and can speak to numbers of the business

Upscale Restaurant Manager/AGM Preferred Background & Skills

Passion for craft cocktails and resort life.
Ability to motivate others and take pride in developing a team.

Upscale Restaurant Manager/AGM Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and uphold high standards.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
Drive operational excellence and efficiency in daily restaurant operations.
