TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greenville, South Carolina, 29605!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry required. License: Active Registered Nurse license required. Certifications: ACLS and BLS certifications required. Must-Have: Experience with EPIC EMR is required. Candidates must pass an EKG exam as part of pre-start modules. Description: This position requires floating to other units as needed. Weekend coverage is required. This is a Medical-Surgical floor, but candidates must have Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience for floating purposes. Previous charge experience is preferred. Patients include adults and geriatrics. Daily census averages 32. The unit is staffed with various interdisciplinary support services, including IV teams, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses include surgical patients undergoing procedures such as tracheostomies, laryngectomies, mastectomies, bowel obstructions, and more. Special equipment includes Wound Vac, PICC lines, and ostomy management tools. Travelers must float to other units as requested and will only float to units they are qualified for and have documented competencies. Pre-assignment testing and modules are required for all travelers to complete. Time spent completing modules is billable, up to a specified limit.
