You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the organization's Workday environment, with a strong emphasis on configuration, business process enhancements, Learning module administration, and end‑user support. This is a highly collaborative position offering strong visibility across the organization, exposure to enterprise‑scale HR technology initiatives, and excellent long‑term growth potential. What You'll Be Doing: Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across HR‑related modules Serve as a primary resource for Workday Learning administration and configuration Support business process improvements and system optimization initiatives Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics Participate in system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide functional support to internal stakeholders Partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement solutions Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems Assist with documentation, training, and user adoption effortsParticipate in a rotating support schedule to assist with escalated system inquiries What We're Looking For: 3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, HR Systems, or related experience Hands‑on Workday configuration experience required Experience supporting Workday Learning, Talent, or HCM modules strongly preferred Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and security concepts Experience building calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical users Experience supporting large employee populations and multi‑location organizations is a plus Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT, or Studio preferred Prior experience supporting enterprise‑level HR technology environments Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis If you're a Workday professional who enjoys configuration, system optimization, and making a meaningful impact across a large organization, we'd love to connect.
