An established technology organization supporting advanced aerospace systems is seeking a Full Stack Python Engineer to join a growing innovation focused team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This position offers the opportunity to build software applications and AI enabled solutions that improve engineering processes and accelerate product development. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across modern web technologies, Python development, and practical artificial intelligence implementations.

The environment is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving difficult problems, learning new technologies, and applying AI in meaningful ways rather than simply leveraging off the shelf tools.Required Skills & Experience2+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong Python development experience Full stack application development experience Experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions Experience solving business problems using AI technologies Front end development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks Experience working with cloud platforms Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with Generative AI applications Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise software Aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated industry experience Experience developing proof of concepts Experience working in Agile environments Experience with data pipelines and analytics platforms
