Job Description

Support daily production operations by operating printing and production machinery, monitoring equipment during runs, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate printing/production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up, load, and monitor machines during production runs
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Report any equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous machine operating or production experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Printing or manufacturing experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $17-18/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
