As the General Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure everything runs smoothly. From leading your team to delivering top-notch customer experiences, your role will be pivotal in upholding Baked!’s standards. Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:

• Team Leadership : Train, coach, and develop employees to perform at their best. Create schedules, ensure proper staffing, and hold the team accountable for attendance, performance, and customer service.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure all checklists are completed.
• Customer Experience : Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory & Cost Management : Monitor inventory, food preparation, waste, and product levels. Work to control labor and food costs while minimizing unnecessary expenses.
• Hiring & Training : Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees. Ensure team members are cross-trained in various restaurant positions.
• Sales Growth : Drive sales through excellent customer service, promotions, and team execution.

We’re seeking a leader who is ready to take ownership of the restaurant and inspire their team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience : At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to lead, communicate, and hold the team accountable.
• Operational Know-How : A solid understanding of customer service, restaurant operations, and food safety standards.
• Reliability & Organization : Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-On Approach : Willingness to work alongside your team and lead by example.
• Flexibility : Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Transportation : Reliable transportation is a must.
• Certifications : ServSafe certification is a plus.
