Responsibilities

• Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Location: Recognized as a 2026 US News Best Nursing Home, Park Bridge Rehab and Wellness Center features a 120-bed facility, short and long-term care. Therapists manage a diverse, medically complex caseload across specialized programs, including a dedicated Fall Prevention Center and acute stroke and TBI rehab. Treatment is supported by an advanced, fully equipped gym and acute rehab environment designed to maximize patient functional outcomes and support efficient transitions back into the community. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or an Associates in COTA acceptable. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist (or COTA) must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
