What You'll Be Doing As a Café Associate, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles throughout the café. You will: Prepare delicious food and beverages according to our recipes and quality standards. Take guest orders and provide friendly, enthusiastic service. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Keep the café clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout your shift. Work alongside a fun and supportive team to create memorable experiences. Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and coworkers. Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations as needed. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. Experience & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous café, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe and/or State Food Handler Certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
