Warehouse Associate (temporary)

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Plymouth, MN

Experience: None required (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments, set up materials, and keep our warehouse space running smoothly. No prior warehouse experience is necessary-we will train you on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, and organize incoming merchandise and supplies.
  
• Assemble equipment and set up designated work areas.
  
• Safely use small hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, box cutters, pliers) to open crates and build simple fixtures.
  
• Label shelves and maintain an accurate, orderly inventory setup.
  
• Keep work areas clean, swept, and free of safety hazards.
  
• Assist team members with general daily physical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
  
• Comfort using basic manual hand tools.
  
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work well in a team environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  
• Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr (Paid weekly)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
