Get your earned wages as soon as you wantJob DescriptionOur Housekeepers ensure our residential living areas are clean and serviced to high standards, as well as work one-on-one with the residents to maintain a clean apartment, per the residents desired services. The ideal candidate will excel in working as an independent agent in the community while also being able to provide top customer service experience to residents, guests, and coworkers as needed. This candidate must also be comfortable working in a Memory Care setting.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Supervisor to maintain scheduleMentors housekeeping staffMonitors supply inventoryMaintains a stocked cleaning cart, with a full knowledge of all products being utilizedCleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily according to facility proceduresComplies with infection prevention and safety standardsFunctions independently with integrityCommunicates successfully with residents, vendors, and coworkersComplies with all company policies and procedures related to resident rights; abuse prevention and reporting; and resident confidentiality (HIPAA).QualificationsPrior experience as a Housekeeper or experience in a related field highly preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance.Must be able to communicate verbally and written in English.Must enjoy working with the elderly.If you are the right candidate, then we definitely want to hear from you!
