Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform thorough mental health assessments using a combination of standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to ascertain each patient's unique needs, challenges, and the best course of intervention. \n
- Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to address various behavioral health issues and promote psychological resilience. \n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that include measurable goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based guidelines. \n
- Coordinate ongoing care for patients, including facilitating referrals to community resources and ensuring continuity of care through regular follow-ups. \n
- Maintain precise documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. \n
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse client population with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing culturally competent care, you will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, supporting their journey toward improved mental health and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. \n
- Possession of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and a sound understanding of documentation standards in clinical practice. \n
Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable, as is familiarity with crisis intervention and substance use treatment methodologies. A background in community mental health or outpatient care will provide valuable context for this role, enhancing your effectiveness in managing patient care.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
