This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). The person would be an experienced Recruiter who excels at the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. You will report to the onsite Manager. Located in Juno Beach, FL 33408 Onsite - 5 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offerPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategiesIdentify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreachBuild and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche rolesScreen candidates for both skills and culture fitFacilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisionsNegotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectationsContribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practicesSupport employer branding through compelling job postings and social presenceQualifications:Bachelor's DegreePrior experience, ideally at agency and corporatePassion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talentStrong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peersExperience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skillsCommitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alikeOur Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you! The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $32.00/hr. to $37.00/hr.
