Job Description


Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and energetic Merchandiser for a leading beverage distribution company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining product displays, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring beverage products are presented according to company and retailer standards.


The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in keeping retail displays clean, stocked, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish retail shelves and rotate products according to freshness guidelines
• Organize inventory and backstock between deliveries
• Build, place, and maintain promotional displays
• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials
• Stock shelves according to retailer schematics and company standards
• Assist with deliveries and special product requests when needed
• Maintain assigned route schedules and service accounts efficiently
• Communicate professionally with store personnel and company representatives
• Follow all company, retailer, and safety guidelines
• Attend required meetings and complete assigned training
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to lift, carry, and stock beverage products throughout the workday
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Previous merchandising, retail, beverage distribution, or stocking experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
