About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Sales to spearhead the U.S. commercial sales and go-to-market strategy for a groundbreaking portfolio of CAR-T therapies. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing the sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing specialty sales organization, and driving successful product launches. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in commercial leadership within rare disease, neurology, cell and gene therapy, oncology, immunology, or other highly specialized therapeutic areas. The VP, Sales will be responsible for establishing commercial objectives, territory design, and targeting strategies, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of launch excellence, account-based selling, and navigating complex reimbursement and site-of-care environments. Key responsibilities include leading commercialization efforts across the CAR-T ecosystem, optimizing treatment center activation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless therapy adoption. The role also involves recruiting and developing top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and partnering with executive leadership to shape long-term commercial strategy. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and a minimum of 15 years' biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including 8 years in progressive sales leadership. Direct experience in CAR-T, cell therapy, gene therapy, or oncology commercialization, as well as a strong understanding of specialty reimbursement models, is highly valued.
