What You'll Do

1. Follow up with leads promptly to maximize every opportunity

Qualifications

1. Active Real Estate License (required)
2. Sales experience (preferred, not required)
3. Comfortable with technology and new platforms
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Compensation Schedule

1. Type: Full-time
2. Pay: Commission-based
3. Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend availability; self-determined hours
