Centennial Heart Cardiovascular Consultants at TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced advanced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified candidates:

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• Advanced heart failure experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively supporting 5 advanced heart failure physicians
• Full time, 4-10 hour shifts inpatient
