A state-of-the-art, brand-new facility offering a laid-back, supportive environment for both staff and residents is looking for a strong CNA.This is a great opportunity to work at a facility that provides memory care and healthcare to a tight-knit community of veteran residents who appreciate camaraderie and high-quality care.

Key Details:

• Hours: 11pm - 7am
• Days: Options to work Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
• Pay: $23.75$25/hour
• Location:Chelsea, MA. There are free on-site parking options and nearby MBTA access

Duties:

• Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN
• Records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as part of nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech
• Communicates with patientsfor assistance or social and emotional support
• Maintains a safe and hygienic environment as part of the patient
• Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking.
• Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition

Requirements :

• Active or Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
• At least 1-2 yearsof long term care orskilled nursing experience
• Availability to work every weekend, overnight shift (11pm to 7am)Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ORSaturday, Sunday, and Monday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dementia Care Training (we can help get you this)
