OnTrac is Hiring a Warehouse Package Handler! Overview OnTrac is looking for motivated Warehouse Package Handlers to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. As a Package Handler, you'll play a critical role in keeping packages moving efficiently through our distribution network. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where teamwork, safety, and reliability are essential. Schedule Monday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM Tuesday – Friday: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM Hours may vary based on business needs. Shift end times are determined by completion of daily sort operations and cleanup activities. Responsibilities Safely unload trailers and containers Sort packages according to zip codes and delivery routes Load delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift Must Have Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move packages averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety procedures and operational instructions Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts Nice to Have Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or package handling experience Experience working in a fast‑paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Competitive hourly pay of $19.29/hour 401(k) with company match Referral Bonus Program – earn up to $500 per referral Supplemental benefits plan with reimbursable benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr OnTrac
