Service CenterCSCS TXJob SummaryManages activities with the organizations financial analysis functionsEssential Job DutiesOversees reporting and analytics meant to provide management the information needed to make financial business decisionsFacilitate internal and external business insights to enable confident, effective business decision making, demonstrate outcomes, support efficiency projects, and enhance financial resultsIdentify, research, and resolve complex business problems and develop analytic techniques to provide solutions to drive Sales, Finance, Operations, and overall outcomesMonitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceIdentifies relevant datasets and prepares custom or standard reportsContributes analysis in the areas of liquidity, costing, and regulatory reportingAssists cross-functional units on matters involving product pricing, overhead distribution, inventory rollover, cost determination, and other financial metricsAnalyzes and interprets financial plans, budgets, tax returns, profit and loss statements, or other financial documentsIdentifies financial position and performance relative to expectationsResearches broader economic conditions and incorporates findings into financial modelsFulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis and other duties as assignedSkill/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experienceAbility to foster teamworkAbility to identify and seek needed information/research skillsComprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practicesAnalytical thinking skillsAbility to research data, organize data, and present data to executive leadership in quality power point presentationsKnowledge and experience in data mining, deep learning, big data and project management would be considered a plusDemonstrated ability to turn end-user requirements into actionable tools and insightsWillingness to work closely with field operations and cross functional teams within a strong customer service environmentHigh standards of accuracy, precision and organizationArticulate with adequate verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivatedAbility to succeed in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and willingness to dig for information that may not be readily availableComfortable in a high growth atmosphereAbility to work collaboratively with all departments, management levels within the company, and external stakeholdersCaliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
