Role Field-based Oncology Development Executive responsible for driving growth and expanding market share of Labcorp’s oncology diagnostic solutions in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs territory. Responsibilities identify new business opportunities develop and implement territory strategies manage customer relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders lead consultative sales focused on molecular and genomic testing solutions collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales support, medical affairs, and market access track pipeline and forecast using CRM. Requirements high school diploma with 9+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in business development, oncology diagnostics, molecular testing, or related fields 5+ years of strategic account management experience proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM tools valid driver’s license with up to 75% travel expected Preferred Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field extensive experience in genomics, liquid biopsy, hereditary cancer testing, or precision medicine experience supporting health systems, academic centers, or enterprise accounts success in managing complex sales cycles HighValue oncology diagnostics molecular and genomic testing liquid biopsy precision medicine health systems academic medical centers extensive patient-focused diagnostics WorkSetup field-based with significant travel, primarily within the assigned territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
