Drive Financial Strategy in Aerospace – Join Us as a Senior Financial Analyst!

Location: Remote | Schedule: 8am to 5pm CST | Payrate: $47.15/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who is ready to turn financial insights into business results. About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and credit collections support that helps drive operational and financial performance across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare forecasts, P&L variance analysis, and program performance reports.

• Partner with Sales, Repairs, and Product Line teams to support accurate forecasting.

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

• Support credit collections by managing customer statements, resolving payment issues, and maintaining customer accounts.

• Develop financial and accounts receivable reporting for leadership.

• Present financial insights that support informed business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or finance.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and accounting systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Fortune 500 company and/or the aerospace and defense industry.

• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Blackline/ARMs, and Hyperion HFM.

• Degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred.

Pay Details: $47.15 per hour
