A well-established women's health practice in southern Tennessee is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy, collaborative team in a growing community. • 14 On / 14 Off Schedule: Alternate with an experienced OB/GYN for excellent work-life balance
• Established Practice: Join a stable and active patient panel with consistent volume
• Midwife & APP Support: Midwives take first call, enhancing continuity and coverage
• High Delivery Volume: Approximately 400 deliveries annually
• Surgical Opportunity: Access to laparoscopic cases; GYN admissions supported by a hospitalist program
• New Facility: Recently expanded clinic space designed for comfort and efficiency
• Earning Potential: Competitive compensation model with productivity incentives

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
