Join a large, well-established dental practice in Warren, Rhode Island , where you'll have the opportunity to step into an existing patient base and work alongside an experienced clinical team.

This busy 9-operatory practice features 4 dedicated doctor operatories and 5 hygiene operatories , providing an excellent environment for a General Dentist looking to maintain a productive comprehensive dentistry schedule.

One of the greatest strengths of this opportunity is the hygiene program. The practice has five Registered Dental Hygienists scheduled each day , creating consistent opportunities for comprehensive exams, restorative treatment, and long-term patient relationships.

The office is also equipped with advanced technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• CEREC milling technology
• Digital scanning

You'll work alongside other General Dentists while enjoying the clinical autonomy and support needed to provide high-quality, comprehensive patient care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established clinical team and take over an existing patient schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and wants to practice in a busy environment with exceptionally strong hygiene support and established patient demand .

You'll work alongside experienced dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals while maintaining the autonomy to make clinical decisions based on each patient's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and long-term oral health.
• Collaborate closely with a robust hygiene department to identify treatment needs and provide continuity of care.
• Utilize CBCT, CEREC, and digital scanning technology to enhance diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Rhode Island dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dentistry.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-provider practice.
