We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organized, detailed, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving operations
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Accurately track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain organized records and inventory documentation
• Assist with packaging, palletizing, and preparing shipments
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, load, unload, and move inventory safely within the shop
• Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packing materials while ensuring products are protected during transit
• Must be able to use hand/power tools in order to build custom shipping pallets for odd size shipments

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly and shift directions as business needs change
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Punctual - hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to use general shop and warehouse tools
• Ability to build  custom pallets is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Must have a Valid driver’s license
