  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that are suitable for diverse patient populations.

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments as well as ongoing evaluations of clients, gathering crucial information that will inform their treatment plans.

  • Develop and customize individualized treatment plans following assessments, ensuring follow-up to track clients’ progress and adapt interventions as needed.

  • Regularly monitor clients' situations through scheduled check-ins, ensuring that they are receiving support and experiencing improvement in their mental health and relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing the challenges of substance abuse and mental health issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing the complexities of co-occurring disorders, with particular attention to the dynamics within marriages and family relationships. You will support clients in navigating their struggles, helping them build healthier coping mechanisms and relationships.

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

  • Current and valid LMFT license that is free from suspension or probation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.

  • Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of clients effectively.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, preferably in a leadership role.
