Job Duration: 4+ Months with possible extension Location: Remote Pay Rate: $70/hr - $90/hr on W2 Job Description The UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst is responsible for leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems. The analyst supports the design and implementation of new solutions and ensures seamless data flows powering enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. This role acts as a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Required Qualifications Proven expertise in UKG WFM Pro with hands-on functional and technical experience. Strong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshooting. Experience with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platforms. Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting in complex environments. Exposure to AI/ML initiatives involving integration of WFM/HR data into analytics pipelines is preferred Preferred Qualifications UKG Workforce Management certifications (WFM Pro). Experience delivering Sage implementations or similar ERP/time solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead integration efforts connecting UKG WFM Pro with internal and external systems, ensuring scalable and secure API solutions. Partner with UKG, IBM, and stakeholders for system design, review, and approval including Sage implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, driving continuous improvements in efficiency and reliability. Provide expert guidance on UKG’s API capabilities and best practices, performing fit-gap analysis. Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and vendor teams to deliver UKG-specific milestones for MyTime projects. Support AI/ML initiatives by enabling workforce data integrations for advanced analytics.
