MA Pay rate:
Local: $28/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office patient care support in the Dermatology Department
- Assist with patient intake, rooming, vital signs, and preparing patients for procedures
- Support providers during dermatology visits and treatments
- Perform specimen collection and properly handle samples
- Help maintain smooth clinic flow in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
- Document patient information accurately and follow clinic protocols
- Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure quality patient care
- MA Certification required
- Ambulatory and specimen collection experience preferred
- Active CA MA license
- Medical Assistant Certificate from one of the following:
- AAMA, NCCT, NHA (CCMA), AMT (RMA)
- IV Certification
- Current - BLS/CPR
- Skills checklist
- Copy or driver's license and SS card
- Must be able to pass background/ urine drug screen
