Support Coordinator

*$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 12 months of employment. This position requires someone to be an advocate and manage a caseload of 30 individuals approved for the Intellectual Disability Medicaid Waiver program. Support coordinators are responsible for monitoring services, documenting all correspondence in a timely manner, conducting person-centered planned meetings, completing annual plans, and completing waiver application renewals. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview. Requirements: No experience is required, but you MUST have a bachelor's degree in a HUMAN SERVICES field. Current/Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements and have reliable transportation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a typing speed of 40+ wpm. Excellent organization and ability to collaborate with other service providers. Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM Pay Rate: Will be discussed at interview Location: 4129 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630. This is NOT a remote position.
